Additionally, extreme care is taken while choosing faculty as we test them on subject proficiency, attitudes, teaching approach, understanding children etc. Furthermore, on completing a rigorous recruitment process our faculties are then compelled to undergo a rigorous training for 4 months that covers enhanced teaching skills, communications skills (spoken & written), fortified subject knowledge, Islamic studies & manners and child psychology.
